The Asylum's 2019 mockbuster coincidentally released around the same time as Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Monster Island is about an island, known as Monster Island, where a monster can be found, whom itself is kind of the island, the Monster Island, if you will.

This movie is about asylum and has a budget similar to a large kid's meal. It focuses on few characters and (right here) keeps the big names in one set, where they can all be shot over lunch. Let's not forget that this is the kaiju movie genre, and they do it well, so maybe The Asylum will not be so bad with it.
